Wow! I experienced my first drain blockage...Not a pleasant site on all accounts. DrainWorks was the first company that called me back after I sent quite a few panicked emails on Saturday night.
William called me back first thing Sunday, he sent someone out that morning!!! Matt A came to check things out, he took his time to explain what was happening, he explained it 2-3 times so that I could understand the process. He snaked my drain at no cost, gave me a very good quote and essentially kept his word on all accounts. They came today to do the work. I met Armando, again, very impressed with the staff. Took the time required to make sure things were done right. The men doing the dig were careful, considerate of my property...besides the 2 new clean-outs, you can't tell where they worked. Matt came back that night to do a thorough inspection, again taking time to make sure I knew what was going on. My experience was great. Thanks Everyone at DrainWorks....I hope that I don't need to call you again, but you can be sure that you will be the first call I make if I run into trouble in the future. Thanks again!!
