Sewer backup - Drain camera and snaking
Overall, I was quite happy with the service I received from DrainWorks. I called them on a Sunday afternoon when my sewer line backed up, and they had someone come out within 3 hours to clear it out even though they were booked for the day. The service took about 1.5 hours total, including scoping, snaking, and reassembling my toilet. Their pricing is reasonable and the technician was courteous and willing to answer my questions about more permanent options to keep my drain lines free of tree roots before heading out to his next job.
