Fixed a leaking pipe in my basement ceiling
I woke up one morning to find my basement carpet and bathroom wall wet. I was extremely happy that Drainworks came on time and solved the problem quicker than I had expected. It turned out to be a leaking solder joint in a pipe in the ceiling. It was a pleasure to deal with technicians that were respectful (they covered their shoes with booties when they came into my home) and willing to take the time to explain the problem and share their expertise (and could converse intelligently). Very professional, extremely competent and knowledgeable. I would recommend highly.
