Drain Rescue Plumbers

Drain Rescue sent me Shane Rumohr who was smart and personable and best of all, fixed my problem. I had had other plumbers try to fix the problem but he very quickly assessed my problem and was in and out without incident. The receptionist was also very helpful. I recommend this honest plumber to anyone.

Just a short note to thank Drain Rescue for the excellent work they did in my bathroom. both my sink and tub were clogged.Their plumber came at our scheduled time. He explained to me what needed to be done and how much it was going to cost. The cost was very reasonable. He made sure that he cleaned up my bathroom when he left. Thumbs up to Drain Rescue.

I wanted to install a new bathroom faucet so I called a few plumbing companies. Drain Rescue came and quoted me a price for work to be done. Sean came to my home. He installed the new faucet for me. While doing that he found that I did not have emergency shut off valve. He suggested that I have them installed and why I should have them. Awesome job Sean and Drain Rescue.

I went through the phone book and called a few different companies to get prices. When I called Drain Rescue the lady I spoke to asked m somequestions about th problem that I was having. I told her that my kitchen faucet was leaking. I asked how much it was going to cost to fix it. She explained to me that she couldn't price it over the phone. When I told her that other companies would price it over the pone she told me that she couldn't price something that they couldn't see and it could be a number of different problems. I then thought that, that make alot of sense. They sent Terry to my home about an hour later. He found the probem, what he needed to do to fix it and how much it was going to cost. He was very patient with me not knowing anything about plumbing. He was very polite and cleaned up after himself better than before he had starte. I would definately recommend Drain Rescue.

Thinking that I could fix my toilet myself, I went and bought the parts. When I tried to install them, I only made matters worse. I called Drain Rescue. They asked me when I would like someone out to my home. I told the woman that if I could get someone out that eveining it would be great. They sent a Wayne to my home. When Wayne looked at the toilet he told me that I couldnt fix the problem because I had bought the wrong parts. I asked when he could do the work he said right now if you like, I have the parts in my truck. In no time he had y toilet fixed. Great Job Wayne and Drain Rescue

We had just bought our first condo and wanted to change some of the faucets. We called several companies to come out and give us a quote. Drain Rescue was the third company that we had out. After considering all the estimates we had decided to go with Drain Rescue. The gentleman that came out took the time to assess and explain the best faucets at reasonable prices knowing we just bought the condo. When we explained that we wanted to buy the faucets he said that was no problem and that when we had them to call his office and they would set up another appointment for him to come out and install them for us when it was convenient for us. He returned to commence the work and when the job was completed you would never know that we had a plumber working in our home. He then took the time to do a free home inspection of the other plumbing. We will definitely be calling them again for any plumbing issues that we have. Wonderful work.

Having two small children in the house wonders never cease to amaze me. When the upstairs toilet became clogged my first thought was the kids flushed something down it. I tried to plunge it myself but that just didn’t seem to work so I went online and typed in plumbers and found Drain Rescue. The lady that I spoke to asked me a few questions and the one that caught my attention was if I had another toilet in the house. She wanted to make sure that we had access to one having small kids in the house. Then she booked an appointment for a plumber to come to my home. The plumber removed the toilet and the ball that my son had flushed down the toilet. He replaced my toilet and cleaned the work area after himself. He even had patience with my son and all the questions he was asking.
