The technician from Drain Rescue was great , friendly , knew what exactly needed to be done didn't waist any time very happy with the individual and his level of skill and honesty. Would use again and highly recommend the company

Denys the plumber came promptly at the time he said he would, examined our drain and quoted us the price. He did his job efficiently, professionally and courteously! He gave us some vital information regarding our drain and was extremely knowledgeable and polite. Without hesitation would recommend Drain Rescue and Denys!

Great work done by Terry(your guy on the job).Never had any problem explaining to me what was the problem and the repair was done in less than 30minutes. Way to go.
Nicknamed him Terry the Rescuer.

The service technician was on time, polite, and provided excellent service. He explained the situation well and provided tips on how to prevent similar things from happening in the future. The service was very reasonably priced, and I was very satisfied overall and would not hesitate to recommend the service to others.

MANY MANY thanks to Dwayne - fantastic customer service. Dwayne was the rep who literally came to our "drain rescue" a few years ago, and was again here today braving the insane cold. While I don't envy Dwayne having to work in those conditions, I am VERY glad that it was Dwayne who was able to come by today. Also, great customer service on the phone too...Melissa I think. You guys really do 'get' customer service.

Kitchen sink was clogged.Plumber called within 30 minutes, and came shortly thereafter. Pipe was snaked right upto main sewer pipe. Clog was cleared. Plumber also left drain opener for subsequent use.

The technician who came (Josh Weber) was thoroughly professional and not only fixed my clog but replaced the drainage pipes to give a better drainage slope. The communications from head office were excellent. Definitely recommend.
