We had a water pump outside our offise building that stopped working. I had called a few companies and was told they don't deal with this problem. I called Drain Rescue and the lady told me that the best way to determine whether it was something that they could fix for us was to send someone out. They send out Terry who took the time to assess the problem and talk to me about solutions. It ended up that Terry came beck and replaced the pump for us.
