EXCELLENT REPAIR SERVICE of bursted water pipe
I had fast phone service by Linda 730 am to set up repair appointment --she also updated me later on Ruslan's imminent arrival in period she had given me. Ruslan told me all possible pricing depending on services needed. He methodically analyzed the difficult problem of broken pipe's very tricky location with minimal drywall removal. He then told me the likely total cost of the pipe repair and with my permission he fixed pipe quickly.He explained how our plumber had improperly installed pipe exposing it to more cold than otherwise.
He also gave me advice on how to mitigate the poor initial pipe install and likely future freezing by taking certain steps in the dry wall/insulation repair. Ruslan was effective, efficient, and informed me at all steps why it had happened. Thank You Rusland!!.
