I have just had a service call to have my drain cleared. I have to tell you that Mike Parker, your technician cleared my drain quickly and cleanly. He was knowledgeable and well mannered. He cleaned up afterwards after ensuring that the drain worked as it should.
I want to thank your dispatcher for arranging for Mike to leave the job he was working on to look after my drain problem. Based on Mikes service and the quick action by your office staff at your Barrie office, I will call your company again if I have any problems in the future.
