An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Dr Green made my lawn look excellent at an affordable price! Weeds were under control and the grass looked green and lush. Dr Green's online customer portal makes it easy for me to make payments and to see the next scheduled service. The customer service personal are nice to talk to and always helpful. I also like the fact that the service guys always write up some recommendation for my lawn after each service visit.
So far so good and hopefully the experience remains the same this season
