We've been wanting to move a downspout located at an inconvenient spot at the side of the house for years. We requested estimates from several companies, but nobody wanted to do the job since it was so small. So, when my neighbour was having their roof replaced by DonMills Roofing, I called them and John came by the next day and tendered a very competitive rate. After he completed the job, I was dismayed that the pipe was moved so close to the edge of the house, partially blocking the back pathway. I learned that my husband had chosen the new location, but I voiced my concern to John. He spent the extra time and effort to essentially redo the job and move the pipe over another foot, to my complete satisfaction, at no additional cost! He even installed our rainbarrel, which was my husband's upcoming weekend chore. I was so grateful and happy with the entire work! There was a huge thunderstorm the next day, and the new downspout worked great, and the rainbarrel is full!
