A boat on a trailer was backed into our closed garage door. We called Dodds on the week-end, they responded early Monday and we outlined the problem. The repairman was there Tuesday.. did a great job and was a nice guy.. the price was reasonable. It was fixed on the first appointment.. and no hard sell to buy a new door. He made sure every thing worked before he left.. and he put on a new lock and key ( We lost our old keys to the lock)

My new garage door was installed on July 2, 2015. I am totally pleased with the installation and the client service from shop at home to the final stage. I have used Dodds on other occasions and will continue to do so. Anne

I never knew I could be this excited about a garage door! Every single person we dealt with (sales, customer service, operations) was extremely professional. They helped us choose what would work best for us and basically handled everything. I wish every company was so great to deal with.

We wanted to replace a 40-year old one=piece door.
Sent out 4 e-mails to companies advertising garage doors. Only one replied, Dodds Garage Doors. Michael came out within the week and within 30 minutes we had selected a door style and colour. As he wrote the contract, Michael explained each feature - and why it was there. 3 or 4 weeks later we received a call that our door would be installed on July 2nd.
Jacob arrived just after breakfast, introduced himself and got straight to work. He's a big boy, and strong. I got my coffee and pipe and sat down to watch. (ok, sometimes I was looking right over his shoulder). Everything was explained - twice, if necessary. In the end the job was finished and garbage cleaned up. About 4-5 hours elapsed time.I would vouch for Jacob (and he people who employ him) any time. The work was professional, thoroughly explained and accurate. It was also a great improvement over the original installation by the builder. Thanks MIchael for teaching me about todays doors and guiding our choice. And thanks Jacob for being friendly as well as efficient. A good job all around.

Dodds was great from start to finish. Antony was fantastic when he came to show us the products and quote our job. We needed a full door replacement and added garage door openers as well. The price was awesome (we shopped around). Angie took it from there and within 4 1/2 weeks my job was scheduled. Jacob arrived early and went to work. He was very professional and did an amazing job. He took us through all the ins and outs of our new doors and openers when he was finished. They look great and I highly recommend Dodds to anyone looking to replace or repair their garage doors.

This was our third time using Dodd's services. All 3 times they were prompt in their response and it was easy to book the service call. They showed up on time and were efficient and professional and fixed our garage door for a reasonable price.

I really enjoyed my experience with Dodds Garage Door Systems Inc. Angela the customer service representative is very kind, caring and a great listener. She takes the time to listen to your questions and attends to your needs. She is a great asset as she provides amazing customer service! My installer was Les, very nice individual. The quality of his work was outstanding. When the job was finished I was absolutely amazed by the precision, neatness and exceptional work that he did. I ended up getting two quotes where Dodds was a little bit more but well worth the price. I went with them because during the estimate the salesman explained the job in great detail and provided me with all the information I needed to feel comfortable with what was being done and to trust this company for the job. Responsive, good customer service. Would certainly use again and recommend to others. Positive customer experience all around.

This company is great. The sales person walked me through all the tests to verify that a service call was necessary. The service technician explained the problem and the options (with costs) for correcting it. I opted to replace my unit, which the technician did in 45 minutes! These guys are great!
