These guys were great, from the sales person I talked with to the installer. In addition to a new garage door opener, he also adjusted the springs and installed a new sweep. He was very patient with all my questions and did a great job. I went for the belt driven opener and it is so quiet that my son who was in the room above the garage did not even know we were opening and closing the garage doors multiple times.. Highly recommend them.

I definitely recommend Dodds Garage Door Systems. Their sales and customer service personnel were extremely helpful throughout the ordering and delivery process. We had to delay the installation due to other construction work being done at our home and it wasn't a problem for Dodds. They simply stored the new garage doors in their warehouse until we were ready. The installation of the doors, openers and capping was executed with complete precision and in my opinion, the installer (Jeremy) deserves much credit and praise for his hard-work-ethic and craftsmanship. Finally, I highly recommend capping the frame around your new garage door. It provides a finished look that is not only appealing, but low maintenance.

The solid wooden door that came with our house was always a concern ever since it fell off the track because of the weight of it. The quality of both the product and the installation were tremendous. A huge upgrade in both fitment and insulation from the wooden door that came on our house.

Heard ad on radio for Dodds doors and called for an appointment. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and explained the technology so it was easy for homeowners to understand. The price was pretty much what we had estimated. Door was delivered, installed in time estimated and the installer worked hard the minute he arrived. Love the quality of the door (won't have to paint for 25 years) and finally got a garage door opener! The door is also very light and watertight! My neighbours have come to inspect and took down the name as they were very impressed with the quality and workmanship!

I purchased a new garage door and had it along with an opener installed. I worked with Antony who was very quick to call me when I first inquired about the new door. He made an appointment with me that worked with my schedule and answered all of my questions/provided all of the information I needed. For items he was not totally sure about he contacted someone in the office to ensure he provided me with accurate information. The garage door was installed on the date that I scheduled with Dodds and the installer arrived well within the suggested arrival time. I made sure he was okay and had what he needed before I left for work. I arrived home to a clean work site, with the new door and opener installed. The installed programmed everything as expected and the remotes were left where he said they would be. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and experience with Dodds.

The door was installed well but the mechanical opener was a problem to get installed. I had to phone and ask about it and had 2 no shows when someone was supposed to come here. Finally got it installed and all is well.

The installer from Dodds took great care and pride in his work when installing our new door. The gentleman even cleaned up all the sensor wiring. I was very impressed!
