Garage Doors & Hardware review in Richmond Hill

Had a problem with being charged for a service call for installation just past warranty date. The owner called me a couple days after my negative review went up and straightened everything out. Went through the trouble of tracking down my contact info even though my review was anonymous. Impressed to see how much they pay attention to customer satisfaction.

Garage Doors & Hardware review in Richmond Hill

Dodds installed my garage door a little over a year ago and installed it incorrectly, since the cable drum separated from the wall. They came back and installed it to an actual stud instead of the drywall and billed us for it even though it was their incorrect installation that was the problem. Not covered under warranty because they don't guarantee their work for more than a year. Not interested in having them reinstall anything incorrectly for me again in the future.
