Heating & Air Conditioning review in

Paid for a monthly fee for furnace Service, when my furnace broke they could not come out to fix until the next evening! What was I paying for then??? Had to hire a different company to fix my broken furnace and enercare refused to cover any of that cost! Shame on enercare for taking money & not providing Service!
Now they have over charged me $400 and NO ONE will help solve this issue!!!! Can't speak to a manager on the phone as they say there are none available and my 6 emails have yet to receive even 1 response. Really really disgusted!
