Installed a tankless water heater and extra venting in our home during a basement reno.
From the initial call booking my sales appointment, to our Sales person and the installers- everyone was extremely professional... accommodating, kept me informed through the whole process and provided additional advice like how to ensure we were up to code for any future renos we were planning.
I also appreciated the fact that the Sales person left me his personal number and answered my call immediately when I had any questions.
The little tips that the installers gave me to maximize the benefits of my new tankless water heater was also a very helpful.
