Enercare staff was very professional, courteous and helpful. He checked the furnace thoroughly and briefly provided me a basic understanding of each major component's functionality. After his diagnostic, he concluded that there isn't any any problems which I raised which gave me a huge relief.
(I subscriped Enercare Heating Protection Plan annualy. The said inspection was included in the plan and so there is no charge to me.)
