Tankless Hot Water Installation
Replaced an older NG Hot Water Tank which had developed a problem with a down draft in a passive exhaust system through chimney. As a result the pilot flame kept blowing out. This was a rental unit.
Replaced with a Rinnai tankless system, also a rental unit. A photo is attached. In case you are wondering, the intake and Exhaust is next to a window which is fixed and non-opening.
Although the cost is about $54 per month, the savings in gas should off-set the higher cost because I no longer have to pay for the natural gas to keep the water in the tank hot all day long. Probably better for the environment too.
The Enercare team were all pros and they knew their trade. New gas fitting, plumbing, and electrical was done. All is well again and we have hot water once again. I recommend Enercare.
