Got a prompt booking and then when I had an unexpected renovation-related delay (oh, aren’t they all, lol), Joe re-booked the appt., graciously and courteously. On the day, Aiman did the job and he was professional both in his work and demeanour: showed on time, was thorough and thoughtful as he moved through the house, explaining as he went.
