After spending about a week researching duct cleaning companies, based on the great reviews, I decided to call Dial One. I called on a Friday morning and spoke to Joe. He gave me a quote and was able to send his crew out to my house the very next day. Josh and Wil showed up right on time, gave me a detailed explanation on what they were going to do, and then started at it.
They were very professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They did an excellent job and were able to get the ducts looking like new. It's been a few weeks since we had the cleaning done and I must say, the dust levels in the house are dramatically lower. As an added bonus the fee was even a few dollars lower than Joe had quoted me over the phone.
Overall I was very pleased with the service, price and the company overall. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future.
