Dial One Professional Duct Cleaning

I contacted Dial One and received very polite and professional service right away. All my questions were answered and I was provided with a detailed description of their service. I booked an appointment for my furnace and duct cleaning within a week. On the day of the appointment Dial One's Representative Reggie arrived on time and got to work right away. He explained the process of the service step by step, and even fixed a section of my furnace that was patched up with wood! This piece of wood had already started to develop burn marks - he basically saved me from a house fire. Reggie took a picture of the debris that was suctioned out of the furnace and vent and promptly showed me what I had been breathing in for the last 3 1/2 years.
Reggie was very knowledgable, professional, and helpful. I was charged the same amount as the estimate (plus tax) that I was given over the phone. I was anticipating more given the amount of debris that Reggie found in my duct work and furnace. I am very pleased with the work and look forward to contacting Dial One again in 3 to 5 years!
