I felt very comfortable with my selection of Dial One for duct cleaning. I had used another company before but in talking with Joe I felt he was very knowledgeable, had a lot of experience and answered all my questions.
The job itself was done very well by Wil. He was on time, patiently explained to me the process, and showed me areas that the previous company missed. We were able to see the ducts being cleaned by camera and to be frank it was good to see but sad to know there was that much build up of dust, debris etc. over the years.
I'll definitely choose Dial One again and have already recommended them to my neighbors + friends.

Warren thank you! I'm extremely glad you noticed our experience level and noted it.I started out as a grunt working for Ontario duct cleaning and kinda floated around for about 6 years working my way up to running the residential department at a company called "technovac" out of Mississauga.
At that point when they were absolutely sick of the residential market..I stepped in a bought all 7 trucks,sold 5 and started my journey as a small business owner(a true 10 years ago). You'll find most companies within the city have no real experience and basically have bought a truck and went with it. To be a solid duct cleaner one needs more then a few years,few different companies,HVAC experience and a lot of heart and relentless drive to maintain top service levels .Also they need the best possible staff..My longevity has been a lot of me the first several years,but truly now..Its my guys Wil(4.5 years experience),josh(16 years),rob(20 years) plus all our help staff..These guys are awesome!They make dial-one..
