We met Designer Window Fashions at the Toronto Home Show. When John came to our home for the initial consultation he was very patient and helpful and showed us various options for each of the rooms where we were looking for window treatments (living room, kitchen with large sliding door, office, master bedroom with ensuite, kid's bedroom and bathroom). I never felt and pressure and when we were decided and ready to order we did. John assured me our order would be in within 5 weeks but in reality it was more like 8 weeks. It seemed that there was one treatment that they were waiting on. When everything was in, Charles came by to install. He was super efficient and courteous. Now I wake up every morning smiling! The measuring was done perfectly and the product quality is top-notch! I highly recommend Designer Window Fashions.
