New natural wood floors & sanding
I have hired Demetris twice.
Two years ago I found him here on Homestarts and hired him to sand and stain the floors in our new house. We had a tight timeline and needed him to do the work on a specific day. He met these timelines and did a quality job.
I hired Demetris again just a few weeks ago to lay down new wood floors in our newly built addition to match the existing floors that he stained 2 years ago. Once again, Demetris did a great job.
He is very reliable, does quality work , always shows up on time, sticks to his timelines, works really hard and always cleans up after himself. Demetris is a perfect example of a reliable, quality trade professional. It's a plus that he's also just obviously a good & kind natured guy.
