This is our second system installed by Delta, the first at a previous home. There was a reason we chose them a second time.
Of all the companies we had out to quote, Scott was the easiest to talk to, and the person I felt most comfortable with for the install of our unit.
The first unit we had installed by them went off without a hitch. The installers were very knowledgeable and did a top notch job.
This time around we weren't as happy with the installers. They left some very large gaps around the transition from the old duct to new, and around the air con. coil. We did raise this issue to our rep. and it was fixed a few weeks later. In the end we are ver happy with the job they did.
We would defiantly use them again for any further hvac needs.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Follow up to the install could have been done a bit quicker. It was about 2-3 weeks after that we heard from them. And then it took a follow up email a few weeks later to have our issue resolved. (it was a small issue, so it was not a huge deal)
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Don't waste your time shopping around, Delta will probably come up the same or slightly cheaper, and they do a great job.
