HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SO MUCH HIDDEN FEE

I wanted to return the item I bought as it was too big to go through the stair.The manage wanted to charge me $400 restocking fee and was very rude. The sale rep never told me about the fee and never mentioned that it was a final sale. NEVER WILL GO THERE AND WILL STOP ANYONE I KNOW TO GO TO DECORIUM
