Expensive Sectional Failing After Two Years
I left a review here about our sectional failing within the first two years (original review below). We received an email address to contact the company. From there I communicated with Christina who made all possible efforts to rectify the situation. My sectional was picked up, taken back to the factory,fixed and returned in the same week. Extra support was added to one of the seating areas where I felt that the sectional was sagging and the foam cushions were replaced again.
I am happy with the end result and hope that the adjustments made to the sagging area will ensure that the sectional lasts for many years.

We purchased a Decor Rest sectional two years ago. Within the first 16 months, the foam cushions had to be replaced due to sagging. The sofa is again failing so much so that its uncomfortable to sit on. I'm not sure if this is an issue with the cushions (seeing as I've now had two sets) or if the frame itself was poorly built. Either way I am extremely disappointed. I rotate and flip cushions regularly, but it doesn't matter. This sectional clearly wasn't meant to be used by a family on a regular basis. It was probably built for an occasional room. I thought that buying a more expensive sectional meant that it would last. We will have to replace this within the next 12 months. I definitely do not recommend, nor will I purchase another item made by this company.
