New leather couches style 3519
I recently purchased two leather couches 3519. The leather has stretched in a month. It looks like the cushions are too small and the leather is loose. Once delivered couch had a large scratch on one of the cushions. The couches are a month old rarely sat on and look old. Very disaapointed with the quality. The leather we chose is bull expresso cat 200. Supposed to be a top grain leather recommended for medium to heavy traffic. One month old and looks like they are over a year old.

You were informed correctly that Bull Espresso is indeed 100% top grain cowhide leather from South America and is indeed recommended for medium to heavy traffic, lastly it is under warranty from one year of purchase.
As the manufacturer we rely on our Retail partners who are set up to work with all consumers on any/all service issues. We kindly suggest you contact the retailer where you made your purchase and they will begin dialogue on next steps.
