Over 10 years ago I utilized this company for siding, soffits, facia, a double garage door, and gutters for my house. I also used them to replace all my windows.
A few months ago I discovered siding beside and above the garage door was pulling away and weather-stripping for the door had inadvertently been left off.
Two of David's staff did a total repair - not just by reattaching the old siding, but completely replacing the siding and adding secure weather-stripping. They were professional, friendly, and performed quality work. They refused to accept payment, even though the original job was over 10 years ago. Integrity and attention to customer service appears to be a hallmark of this company. More than impressed!

After my review in April, I was contacted by David Snell. He immediately sent an installer who completed the work. I am very satisfied with the work and the response from David. Thank you David.

We have now had all of the windows in our house replaced by David Snell Building Services. The last three windows went in today. The work has always been completed on time and done by trained professionals. I appreciate the care the installers take with the removal of the old windows, the installation of the new windows and the clean up afterward. The windows are of an excellent quality and have transformed the appearance of our home. It is without hesitation that I would highly recommend David Snell to anyone wishing to have their windows replaced.

Very poor service after windows were installed. Even though David claims the windows were installed properly not all were and work that was to be done was not done. Would not recommend this company

My neighbour recommended David Snell to me as she was doing all her windows. He changed for us 5 window panels and for that i would say service was a bit lengthy but okay. Then one different window panel had a problem (not one that he had changed before) so i contacted him to get that one fixed too. From September to to January i am being tossed between him and the technician for a simple window order. I believe i have called him at least 20 times. My last call to him was in December before Christmas and he didn't even apologize or explain the delay in setting an appointment for installation. Twice he confirmed the order was out already and just to wait for installation call by Jan 5th.. Of course no one one called i called again left a message expressing my disappointment and i got no reply. My order seems to be too small for David to bother, he could have simply said look i can't do small orders especially that i was already a client of his. But obviously he didn't care to do that and at no point did he apologize for wasting my time or explain why my order never matured. Would not recommend his services.

I've hired David for various projects over the last 10 years. His first project was replacing all the windows and patio door. Excellent work! Hired him again a couple of years later to replace the garage door and some shutters on the second floor. This past spring I asked for a quote for eaves troughs. He gave me a fair price but then I enquired about new siding since there was some discolouration. Dave explained that there was an option to insulate the second floor from the outside. I waited until now to see how effective it was - and it was. The upper floor is much warmer. He not only replaced the eaves troughs, siding and soffits for the contracted price but also repaired a loose spring on the garage door as a courtesy. I don't understand some of the negative comments because he has performed for me consistently - not just once! Thanks Dave.

Great experience. Installers were courteous and took a lot of care. Install looks perfect and they cleaned up another installers sheet metal mess on the upstairs windows. Impeccable work done at a fair price. Great service by David Snell as he personally came to check the install afterward. Would recommend his company for any service in a heart beat.

Promptly responded to my request for an estimate. Friendly salesman and follow up by the company owner (impressive). Workmanship excellent. Work was completed within 2 days. I Highly recommend this company. Their prices are competitive.

We selected working with David after a lot of research to determine the best type of windows and the best supplier/installer to work with. Once we heard David's name once, it was repeated by many many recommendations from other people in our community across multiple organizations that we're part of (hockey, scouts, school, etc).

David was excellent to work with. We're pleased that we chose him and have already recommended him to others. His installers were top notch, clean, polite, passionate about doing a great job.

I had David Snell install some windows in my home a few years ago, so I decided to call him again recently as I was ready to change the windows in the back of my home, including a large two-story window. It was the best decision I could have made. The windows arrived in the time-frame David originally gave me. The guys who came to install the windows were polite and professional, and cleaned up after themselves. To top it all off, my new windows look beautiful and I believe the price was fair based on other estimates I had gotten. David also gave me a follow-up call to ensure that I was satisfied with the work that had been done. I would definitely reccomend David Snell to anyone who is looking to get new windows and doors.
