replace basement carpet and subfloor
Tony was a pleasure to deal with - he came by with plenty of samples, laid them out, explained the pros and cons of each one - how they would wear, ease of cleaning etc. - and made the selection process easy. The installation was complicated by the presence of some built-in cabinets but nonetheless the subfloor was installed, and it and the carpet have been great.
My one criticism is that the installation started later than we were told it would, and took more days than expected. However, Tony and his installers did stay late to finish the job, well into the evening.
