New eaves & down spouts

Our old eaves were in need of replacement, had gotten a few quotes from other companies. Decided to go with D'Angelo & Sons, sales pitch was "smooth".. However I received a called due to the rains we had , it would be at least Two weeks before the job would start. We were fine with that. I was told at that time I would get a call before the work started Never happened. The workers showed up without Notice, that put a dark tone to the work. Our eaves do look better. Clean up was very poor, when our salesman)Ian) showed up too get a look he picked up nails as well. I informed Ian of the lack of cleanup he asked if I took pictures wish I had. Ian also took pictures of a few issue we had with the workmanship, we have Not heared back. Only for final payment, which was also a subject we put a credit card for down payment. When job was done they wanted a cheque, we informed Ian we would be paying remaining balance by Same credit card(points). Cheque payment was never discussed at anytime! So in closing set up of this company is "smooth " Read their contract closely Before you sign up.. They also do Roofing , burnt once is enough for us!!
