Roof repair from a friendly source, eventually
We bought a house that required major an immediate repairs to part of the roof. We got a quote from D'Angelo & Sons, and they sent someone to meet us and inspect the premises at our convenience. He was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help us figure out what needed to be done immediately and what we could do to save on costs. I really like him!
There were a few false starts (delays getting it done) because the dispatcher had to send repair-people to more urgent jobs. This, of course, was disconcerting, because one of our tenants was suffering with a leak! After numerous delays, they fixed the roof.
It was a bit more expensive than quoted, and there was a leak that happened in the same spot as before after the work was completed. When they came to inspect it, they denied that it was related to their work.
