We purchased a house with ancient HVAC equipment. We quoted a number of companies for our new furnace and AC. Cozy world's price was competitive and they came highly recommended. I can certainly see why. Boris went through our options with us carefully and did a written quote for us on the spot. When we signed up to do the job with them, they scheduled us quickly, their installers showed up on time, they were knowledgeable, flexible, courteous, did a very good job on the install, and they cleaned up after themselves. The final bill was the same as the quote. Boris followed up after their visit to make sure it all went well. I would highly recommend Cozy World.

Boris was very professional in setting up the time and making sure we were kept informed of the arrival time. They arrived 2 hours later than predicted but that is often the case in the contractor world and the important thing is that Boris kept us informed all the way. He also called that night to make sure we were happy with the work. His workers were clean and professional.

I would hire him again any time.

Let me start by saying that I was the biggest sceptic in these homestars reviews. I’m quite tech savvy with a firm understanding of social media and how it can be manipulated. How can a company go 88 ratings with perfect 10’s? To add, they named themselves ‘Cozy World’- sounds like a sketchy discount shop.
On the other hand, I couldn’t pass up hundreds in savings on the off chance that these reviews be true.
There are other review site users that echo same positive reviews on this company.
At worst case, I get a quote- make a judgement on the company- and not go with them.
I recommend any readers to do the same. Get a quote from these guys and give them a chance to earn your business. You have lots to gain, little to lose.
You’ll still be skeptical when you hear the company voice message...they way they say “Cooooozy World”, it sounds like a late night informercial.
Well I can confirm that all these reviews are valid. Meet Boris and you’ll quickly receive the impression that he strongly believes in the old school way of doing business. He’s not going to get a job selling time share vacations- he’s just too transparent and displays no closing techniques (zero pressure).

Everyone before me has gone in to detail on their satisfaction on the install. I don’t believe any are exaggerated. The attention to detail seems almost neurotic. From estimate to install, with the use of shoe and floor covers I dont think a shoe sole has set foot in my house. The receipt is delivered in a plastic protector for preservation incase the warranty needs to be called upon on a later date.

I actually felt compelled to write this review because of a sense of guilt. I would have paid more for the service rendered. I do sincerely hope that anyone looking for HVAC services do get a quote from this company. I’m certain that you’ll be doing yourself a favour.

I will end this review with one negative....I still despise the name "Cozy World".

These guys were great! They were fast, friendly, and the air conditioner works perfectly. Also, they were early. Boris was a pleasure to work with - very professional. Ten stars! Great job, guys. :)

Boris came out quickly to provide an efficient quote; our house is not the most straight forward for identifying a good place for the AC unit nor was the basement easily accessible for wiring. Boris recommended a reasonable approach with a fair quote, and his team came out within a couple of days and executed the job quickly and efficiently, as per the original plan discussed at quote time. Both Boris and his team were polite and courteous. The unit itself was a smaller version, Boris was honest from the beginning that we didn't need to get anything too big to cover our square footage.

When I wanted to change my central air conditioning 2 years ago I contacted Boris and 3 other companies. Boris gave me 100% accurate advice and steered me in exactly the right direction. He stuck 100% to the quoted price and actually did a little more than he was contracted to do. His installation was perfect, they explained the operation of new unit well, and Boris filled out and followed up on the $500 rebate I was to receive. His pricing was also excellent. When I phoned him yesterday to recommend a friends upcoming job to him he could still remember most of the details of my installation and home configuration from the top of his head. If I could award it he would get an 11 out of 10. On my recommendation he also did my friend's A/C and furnace and also did a perfect job there. When I need a new furnace I will only make one call - to Boris! You can't go wrong with Boris and Cozy World.

I used Boris and Cozyworld to install a new furnace in 2007. When I had to replace my old central air unit I had no hesitation in calling them again. Boris came and inspected the old unit and made suggestions for the new one. He gave me an excellent price up front and Kam and his crew arrived two days later, on time, and ready to work. They are clean, efficient, and personable. I would not hesitate to recommend Cozyworld to my friends and family. It is a first class operation with great prices and no bull.

We had water leakage from ducts and under the furnace when AC was working. Call to another company first, their guy came and without even looking at our AC started telling horrifying stories and giving completely unreasonable price for repair trying to make us order new AC. We called CozyWorld. They came and went right away to AC room without any talking, checked it, explained us what should be done and fixed the problem within an hour for very reasonable money. Great job!!!

After a lot of research I came across Cozy World because of all the exceptional reviews. I was extremely impressed by their website that had a wealth of information, and surprised to find prices listed. I immediately felt that they were extremely transparent and stood apart from the other companies i had researched.

I gave Boris a call and he was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. He gave me a price over the phone that was excellent and far better than all of the other companies I had spoken with. I felt very confident in dealing with him based on all of the positive reviews I had read on various websites.

Kam and his crew arrived at our home to install the a/c unit. They were extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We ran into a few unexpected things; it was dealt with positively, and quickly.

I was impressed with the job that they did and the manner in which they did it. When they completed the job, my home was left the way it was prior to their arrival.

The service I received from Boris, Kam, and their crew far exceeded my expectations. I will not hesitate to call them for any future jobs or recommend their service to anyone!

He was very informative, explained my options and told me exactly how the installation would be done. Boris gave me a great price and we arranged for the installation a week later. The installers were on time (actually a few minutes early) and finished the job earlier than I had expected.
