We just Cozy World install an new central A/C. Boris was extremely professional. He returned calls promptly, provided quotations quickly and accomodated a very fast install time. The work was done quickly, well and at a very competitive price. We would recommend Cozy World and would gladly use them again.

My Goodman A/C , which is only going into it's 2nd full season, suddenly stopped working in June. The company that installed the A/C and was servicing it, suddenly seemed to have disappeared. Messages were not returned. We have allergies and asthma in our house so it is crucial to have working A/C. I have used homestars.ca in the past to find reputable service and this is how I found Cozy World. They put me in touch with Fred for the repair. Fred took my cell number and promised to try to make it to my house the same evening or at the latest the next morning. He then called me later that afternoon to confirm that he would be able to meet me at my house around 6pm. When I was on my way home, he called again to let me know that he would be there in half an hour. Fred arrived and fairly quickly determined that the problem was no power to A/C. It turned out that some wires got disconnected in the yard, probably due to some animals. He patched up the wires and stayed to make sure that the unit was cooling properly. Fred was very professional and very thorough. I highly recommend Fred and Cozy World. And I highly recomment homestars.ca to find reputable companies to deal with.

My AC broke down on one of the hottest days ever in Toronto.

Boris and his team came and replaced my AC and also my dead eletronic furnance filter within a c ouple days. Paid for the 10 year labour warranty for piece of mind.

A/C was very noisy and had condensation leaks around the furnace. Cozy sent Fred, who cleaned the coil to improve airflow, and turned down the blower speed, which had been set too high. Less noisy and leaks gone... Excellent service.

All we can say is WOW! From the moment we called we were impressed. Cozy world was the only company that suggested a different kind of installation that worked well for our existing layout. Everyone else said we had to install new exhaust pipes right by our patio table....how annoying would that be! Cozy world worked with our existing infrastructure and installed new exhaust pipes, across the basement, above the dry walled ceiling without even having to poke a hole in our newly finished ceiling! They look for solutions, and implement them. They didn't oversell, or oversize what we needed, in fact they told us we didn't need the bigger units. The installation was so professional, even the way they fixed our existing floor drain. The sheet metal work on the ducting is outstanding! The workers were such a pleasure to have in our home, and we can HIGHLY recommend this company. We had it installed in Dec 2010, and today I couldn't get the new A/C going for the first time. They called me back in 10 mins and guided me through the process to find out the breaker had flipped off. AMAZING! Seriously some of the finest, most professional customer service and workmanship we've ever seen. Boris and the team are great. We contacted Cozy World through Homestars to get an estimate for an A/C installation. Boris was prompt in contacting me and providing an estimate which was very reasonable. He was able to start the job within a few days. The guys who did our installation were very professional. The installation was quick and clean with great workmanship. Overall, they did an excellent job. I have already recommended Cozy World to friends of ours.

My parents Carrier A/C unit went on the blink just as it was getting hot. I emailed Boris and he hooked me up with Fred, his repair guy. As I had already used Boris to install a new HVAC system at my house (and like everyone else, was very happy with the job), I figured I'd call him first. He immediately put me in touch with Fred, his repair guy, who scheduled a repair time that was good for me. Fred showed up on time (a Sunday morning no less!), found the problem, replaced the defective part, check over the whole system and all at a very reasonable cost. Once again, i will be singing Boris's praises only now I can include Fred as well in my circle of professionals.

I got a lot of quotes for a new central air conditioner and Cozy World was the fastest and best value. The other companies tended to quote larger units that I now realize I did not need for the size of my house. They did a lot of little extras at no charge like move the concrete pad the old AC unit was on as it interfered with the garage door, and tested my condensor pump that ran from my basemen. It'll will be two years this Augsut and I have not had any concerns or issues.
