I called Cozy World when my A/C broke down early in the Fall. It was a 15 year old unit and the service person advised that the repair would be costly and it was time for a replacement. Cozy World's pricing beat others by quite a bit and they were able to source and install a new unit just two days later. During that install they discovered that my old furnace had a crack in the heat exchanger. The installer showed me the issue and explained the safety issues. Cozy World was able to provide a fair price for a new furnace and install it within a couple days. The installers were knowledgeable, careful while working in my home and made sure everything was in order before leaving. Cozy World also registered the warranties and forwarded all the paperwork for my records. It was super efficient and would highly recommend.

Cozy World installed my Lennox HVAC system a few years ago. It works well. Today, in October 2021, Ramin from the firm came to carry out a regular maintenance and service procedure on it. He was courteous, efficient and thorough and I was pleased that the job was well done. Cozy responded promptly when I called them, turned up on time and charged a reasonable amount for the work. I am a satisfied customer.

Having your air conditioner die in the middle of a Toronto summer is no fun. But Cozy World did a great job of minimising the problem. They were able to install a new unit within two days and everyone that we dealt with at the company provided excellent service.

I wanted to replace the original and aging furnace and air conditioner which has been a long overdue project for me.

Consultation:
Robert was very personable and professional in understanding my needs and to explain my options to decide what I wanted. He was very reasonable to explain what would work well for my specific scenario and what would be less practical. There was never any upsell or push at all which is very appreciative.

Installation:
Saeed and team were very thorough, and thoughtful in doing an awesome job, to not only install everything skillfully, but also clean up nicely after the installation. I was very happy to see how clean and thorough of a job they did, especially on the little, easily overlooked things like nice sealing, clean wiring, while working in a very organized manner.

Conclusion:
If you do enough research, you’ll notice that a lot of advice mentioning that the quality of the install will determine your furnace and air conditioner’s longevity more-so than the manufacturer you decide on go with. The very next day after installation, it was a very hot day and the air conditioner has kept my home cooler than it has ever been before on a 30+C. Both Robert and Saeed did an excellent job from a customer care and also from the technical installation perspective. They are definite assets to Cozy World that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Thank you to Cozy World Inc for coming to my house within two hours of my calling to diagnose and fix my AC and furnace which the day before another company had rendered beyond repair. Rahim was so professional and quickly fixed both for less than $300. Rahim identified a burned out fuse and a faulty thermostat. Problem solved! Thank you!! I am very grateful and from now on will use this company. I highly recommend.

Excellent service. Crew came over in April 2021 to replace our air conditioner. They did the job diligently and neatly. A couple of minor unforeseen tasks came up, but they did those at no extra charge as promised for the job.

Amazing service right from the fast response to my quote request in the form that I asked for. The rep was fantastic, knowledgable and very friendly. The service men that came to replace my furnace and AC were wonderful. They kept the work area and my house entrance clean and laid a drop cloth where they were accessing the site. They went over and above to level the AC and ensure my venting was sloped correctly. They explained code rules and exceeded the requirements. At the end of the job they walked us through their work to explain things and make sure we were happy with the job they did. I work in a trade myself and these guys are the tradespeople you want in your home.

A pleasure to deal with throughout. Fred came by, diagnosed what we needed and gave us a very competitive quote. He assured us everything would be done to code and discussed a bunch of ideas with us to make things work, as this was a difficult job. Saeed and his team came in and completed everything Fred told us would be done, the communication between them and with us was excellent. They worked for 10 straight hours and kept up the Covid protocols throughout, were very respectful keeping their masks on all day. Everything was finished exactly like Fred said it would be, and again, this was a very difficult job. They left the place completely clean and tidy as well. Then the office followed up with me after to register my appliances and ensure everything went well. This team was top-notch and I highly recommend them.

This is the second time I used Cozy world as I moved into a new house and my furnace was in disrepair and I needed a new one. Fred and his team are extremely knowledgeable and they have very reasonable prices considering the quality of work. He is also very honest and doesn't try to upsell and empty your pockets, which is very hard to find these days. I am a customer for life for sure.

The Cozy World team did a fantastic job on my house. They completed all the duct work in fairly short order and did a great job making it as inconspicuous as possible. Their work passed inspection without comment. They installed a new furnace, AC unit, tankless water heater and gas lines to the stove and BBQ area.

I would not hesitate for a moment to use Cozy World for my next HVAC project.
