I got a lot of quotes for a new central air conditioner and Cozy World was the fastest and best value. The other companies tended to quote larger units that I now realize I did not need for the size of my house. They did a lot of little extras at no charge like move the concrete pad the old AC unit was on as it interfered with the garage door, and tested my condensor pump that ran from my basemen. It'll will be two years this Augsut and I have not had any concerns or issues.

Everything was EXCELLENT! Both the guys that were here were great. The main guy was good at walking me through things.  They put covers on the floor, and made sure the deck and the basement were all cleaned up.
 
They did an excellent job of installing it with minimum mess and in a good amount of time!

Two years ago, when we were looking for a company to replace our old Furnace and A/C, we searched many businesses. We didn't have any previous experience, so we selected Cozy World based on the three criteria: Online Recommendations, Price/Warranty and Personality of the staff.
As it turned out, we made the right decision.

I had Cozy World convert our electric heat pump system to natural gas, with a new tankless hot water heater in September 2009. It has worked flawlessly ever since. Boris and his crew were very knowledgable, efficient and honest. Boris answered all my questions quickly and completely, knew exactly what the job required and completed a difficult installation that required a complicated conversion, drilling through brick and new ductwork in about a day. His workman carefully explained the operation of the new system and gave a number of useful tips. My only complaint was that the drilling generated a huge amount of brick and cinderblock dust in a coldroom that we use to store canned goods; these were not covered properly and the dust was not cleaned up. My wife was not happy (nor was I when I had the task of cleaning it up!) However, in all this was a very positive experience and I would recommend Boris and his crew without reservation.

On the recommendation of my brother in law, we contacted Boris when we needed to replace our central airconditioning unit. We were fortunate to be able to participate in the government rebate program as well and as such replaced our older, much less efficient furnace with a brand new, energy efficient furnace and central air conditioner. Boris and his crew were excellent- they completed the job in a timely manner, were neat and respectful and we were totally satisfied with their work. He also followed up with us, long after the installation, to see if everything was working ok. I would highly recommend Boris and Cozy World.

To be true, I didn't really expect that much. The installers were really courteous, efficient and professional in attitude. They completed the job quickly and I hope, correctly too; explained whatever I asked about. They took due care of my property and premises especially, the hardwood floor. They did the exhaust venting so cleverly, I couldn't even find the defect in the ceiling. Also, they cleaned the garbage and debris perfectly.

I heard lots of stories about inconvenience caused to the customer by the greedy contractors and was very much worried until the completion of the job. Now I'm really relieved. I hope I wont have to call you for trouble shooting in years to come. I've not enough words to thank you and your team members. I would highly recommend COZY WORLD for your heating and cooling needs without second thought.

Boris provided excellent service. He responded quickly and worked around our schedule. We went with a Goodman air conditioner and it has been perfect.
