We called three companies to provide us with a quote for a high effiency furnace, we settled with Boris at Cozy World. It wasn't just the reviews we had read on Homestars, it helped that we received a great quote, helpful advice
and a great price, which included Air Conditioning. At the time we hadn't thought to include Air thinking we coudn't afford it.
Cozy world did a fantastic job, same day with very little inconvenience to my wife whom runs a home daycare. Out with the Old in with the New! site was cleaned up and left immaculate with the new Furnace working like a dream.
So many things can go wrong with contractors, not with the Guys at cozy world. Completely satisfied with product and service from Cozy world.

I selected Cozy World after receiving several estimates. Boris was very professional and I appreciated his honesty as he did not try to oversell me on my furnace or air conditioner as some other contractors tried to do. The installers arrived on time and I was able to go to work as they assured me the job would take all day and they would contact me if they needed anything. They finished the job and hauled away all the old equipment. They left me with the equipment guarantees in a nice plastic sleeve and left the cover for the air conditioner as well. Great job and I am very pleased with the work.

Boris and his guys did an absolutely great job, Everything was done quick, very clean install. Boris is good with advice in case you are a new owner and not sure what you need, he is there to help and not just to sell. I would recomend cozy world to anyone.

I was pleased with the installers as well. They showed me their credentials, installed things nicely, and cleaned up after themselves. I felt very comfortable leaving them in my house.

The quoting process by Boris was quick and professional. All our questions and concerns were addressed professionally and sincerely. The pricing was well below what the big companies were asking for, for the exact same OEM models. The one day installation followed quickly after placing the order. The work crew (Fred and assistant) showed up on time, worked hard without a break, and went above their call of duty to provide creative solutions to a difficult installation. The finished the job earlier than expected, and cleaned up after they were done.

We are very satisfied with every aspect of the dealing with Cozy World and would strongly recommend them. When it comes to contractors, and we experienced many, Cozy World stands alone in a class of its own. Highly recommended!

On one of the coldest days at 2008, my furnace did not work, I called Enbridge (having the heat protection plan) and they told me someone will come over within 2-3 Days to check it out. Fred showed up that night at 3am and fixed my furnace with in 15min. if it wasn’t for Fred, my Wife, my 3 month old son and I would froze to death.

We had a mid efficiency furnace that was getting old and was noisy. We got the energy audit and started talking to various furnace companies. Boris was very helpful and informative and was the only professional to tell us that we didn't need a big 80 000 BTU furnace for our house but would actually be able to heat it more evenly with a 40 000 BTU furnace. He was right. The Goodman furnace they installed is quiet, runs much less often and heats the house overall much better. The did the job within a few days of us giving the go ahead and the did it in half a day with no problems. The have always been friendly and helpful with us. I highly recommend Cozy World if you're looking for a new furnace that saves you on your energy bills.
