With so many satisfied customers it’s hard to imagine another 10 star review will make a difference, but it’s the least we can do to thank Cozy World for the great service they provided. The quoting process by Boris was quick and professional. All our questions and concerns were addressed professionally and sincerely. The pricing was well below what the big companies were asking for, for the exact same OEM models. The one day installation followed quickly after placing the order. The work crew (Fred and assistant) showed up on time, worked hard without a break, and went above their call of duty to provide creative solutions to a difficult installation. The finished the job earlier than expected, and cleaned up after they were done. We are very satisfied with every aspect of the dealing with Cozy World and would strongly recommend them. When it comes to contractors, and we experienced many, Cozy World stands alone in a class of its own. Highly recommended!
