I had an old 1950's gas furnace with octopus arm vents that took up a lot of space. I had 3 quotes but only the folks at Cozy had ever seen a contraption like mine before. After our initial conversation I had a lot of confidence they knew what they were talking about.
Cam and Boris came in and took their time to assess what was needed. They were attentive and great listeners! (seems to be a rare quality among contractors). Cam created a new vent system that eliminated space issues and that used my current wall vents. The AC was placed exactly where I wanted it and the job took only 2 days.
Everyone was friendly, efficient and fast. I now have 5X the room in the basement and no-one is banging their heads on vents anymore. The furnace and AC work a dream! I'd recommend Cozy World to anyone.
