Fred spent over half an hour on the phone with me that morning to correct the problem. I knew right there and then that if I needed to replace my furnace I would definitely be using his company. A month or so later my wife and I decided to change our furnace as it was over 18 years old and on it's last legs. The entire process with Fred from start to finish was as good as it comes. His team was extremely professional and clean. His consultation meeting was extremely thorough and gave my wife and I a great deal of comfort in the choice we had made. He followed up with a visit to the house to correct all of the heating and duct problems I was having separately from my furnace issues. He even then came back a third time to help me fix my grills and dampers so that the heat distribution in my home was as improved as possible. If you are in need of a new furnace or a repair to your existing one you cannot go wrong with Fred. Pretty hard these days to come by a reliable high-quality tradesperson. Fred is definitely one of those diamonds in the rough.
