Our 10y old gas furnace stopped working during one of the coldest days of the year. We had a repair done but were told the furnace would need replacing sooner rather than later. I called 3 companies for quotes and options. Boris from Cozy World immediately took my call and discussed initial options by phone. Then he came by the house shortly after to do a proper assessment. He examined the furnace but also took the time to examine other appliances as well as the outdoor gas hookup. I was very pleased with the thoroughness of his approach. He then took time to present and discuss options, as well as pros and cons. Less than 24h later, his team was on site installing a new gas furnace. The team was very friendly, communicative, and tidy. They did a great job and were happy to answer any questions. Now the house is warm again and we have the reassurance that the furnace will work dependably for years.
