We decided to have Ductless Air installed in our townhouse this summer due to the rebate that was being offered through GREENONENERGY. We have baseboard heat and have always had a window air conditioner in our bedroom over the summer.
Living in a townhouse, there are many rules that have to be followed in order to be approved for this installation. We had three companies come by and give use quotes. Brian with Cozy Comfort Plus was the third quote and the most reasonable and knowledgeable to work with. Brian spent quite a long time going over all of the options for us. He was willing to put in the work that was needed ahead of time to get this project approved by our condo board. The only glitch was the day the install was to take place, they had to call and reschedule due to a crew members illness. Things happen, so we went ahead the next week. The work crew of Hamit and Omir were very friendly and efficient. The office staff was very helpful in getting our rebate through.
Brian was so kind and helpful in answering all our questions about the system. We chose the Mitsubishi Slim Dual SPlit System and it has been a lifesaver over this hot summer.
