COZY COMFORT was recommended by a friend and they were competitive in the Valor G3 pricing. There was a mix up with my scheduled installation date but Fred acknowledged the error and arranged for Hamid Safari to arrive in the afternoon as a compromise. With Murphy's law, Valor had shipped a wrong unit and the job had to be delayed by 2 days until it was replaced. Despite the inconveniences, I must acknowledge that Fred and his manager did what they could to make it right and most importantly, Hamid worked diligently, did a fabulous 5-star job, was well mannered and extremely professional.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write this review. We are so sorry for the error by the manufacturer's shipping division which delayed the Installation, however I drove personally to Valor's shipping department to pick up the right fireplace and parts. We always try to have a 5-star job for everyone with well manners and extremely professional installation to make sure my client is pleased.
