Furnace and A/C Replacement and maintenance
Replaced my furnace and A/C- very reasonable price and the Sales Rep helped us access some savings through rebates.
We've had the units serviced and the tech Mori was fantastic! He was patient and took the time to explain things and answer questions.
There have been some problems with the A/C however Shawn the Service Manager and Mori have tried to work with me to resolve the issues.
Overall I would rate it a 7/10 because the service and interactions with staff have been great and professional but problems with the A/C unit after only 3 years.
