After meeting Brian at the home show in 2016 we called Cozy Comfort (Brian) to assess our heating and cooling issues in our renovated 90 year old semi-detached home.
In May (2017) we hired Cozy Comfort to install a new furnace and a/c unit in our home. Brian was knowledgeable and patient answering all our questions (we researched different brands and units) and came up with a solution that met our specific requirements. We had extreme hot and cold spaces on the second floor of the house and space constraints for the A/C and furnace units.
The installation was completed in one day and the gentlemen who completed it were professional. We had one small issue after the installation and Brian showed up the next morning to have it taken care of.
