Everything went well through the sales process, and arranging the installation. An installation issue occurred and although the technician initially assigned to the job failed to follow through, the company management did follow up satisfactorily and we expect that the issue will be resolved very soon. I do commend the company on working to follow up on the issue as soon as they were informed of it.

Note second review added. Two years later we are still dealing with the poor installation. Only way to get action with this company is to explain issues on this site. Avoid.

Everything went well through the sales process, and arranging the installation. However, after the installation, an exhaust pipe on the outside of the house was poorly caulked into place, and fell over. After a week of phoning and getting Cosmopolitan to admit that there was a problem, a service person finally came to the house and "temporarily" removed the pipe, and said that it would be fixed soon. That was in November; it is now June. I have called every once in a while and have not received a reply. I'm not sure whether the company remembers, or cares, that they did such a bad job.
