The technician, Mansoor, did a thorough job and provided advice on optimizing the efficiency and the longevity of the Lennox AC unit. He walked through all the critical parameters he measured on the unit (fan motor amperage, return and supply flow rates, etc.) and how they compared to the target parameters.
