Complete Roofing

Have had my house for 7 years and Complete Roofing did the roof in 2008 for the previous owner. Previous owner passed on the paperwork and warranty to myself. We recently had a leak that created some minor interior damage and I called Complete. I was informed that someone would be at my house between 11-1pm to inspect the damage the following Monday. The person that was sent introduced himself and then proceeded to inspect the area that appeared to be causing the issues. Informed me that he would take care of the plywood replacement and re-shingle the area, I also pointed out another area that appeared to have some animal damage done to several shingles. I was informed all would be taken care of and a detailed pictured report of the damage was now on file at Complete. I was informed that all was taken care by Complete and that there was nothing owed by me. He was up on the roof for over an hour. Wow that is what I call customer service. 1st I thought it wasn't going to be covered and I would get stuck with an expensive bill. Wow was I surprised. That is incredible and in my option, above and beyond. I did inspect his work later and it truly went above all my expectations.
