An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Victoria came to my house and being young and informative, she made me feel comfortable because I am a first time home ownner, she took me outside and showed me where the gas line was to go. She was extremely knowledgeable. I was not uncomfortable at all, she was a very nice presence about her and did not make me feel pressured, and at no time after that if Vikki could not answer my questions, Bob the owner answered all my questions for me. Everyone was straight up and Jackie in the office was very helpful with providing information my rebates. Compasss is a great company and gave me everything straight up. Work was done extremeley well, area was all cleaned up and going with Compass saved me alot of money.
