Maintenance Technician Excellence
Ali Fereid came to service our sump pump for our Clarke Basement pump today and was excellent.
A) I forgot he was coming and had a lot on the go with two kids, organizational tasks and my husband out during the maintenance timing.
B) The area was not prepped for him. It needed a sweep being in the cold room and items needed to be removed.
Ali was friendly and unswayed by everything. He worked for about 30-45 minutes while we went about our business and when the work was done he even helped me put some of the heavier items back in place (I would not have wanted him to help me do it all!).
He gave good recommendations for maintenance and other options.
I would absolutely use Clarke Basements again and recommend them. Our overall experience has been very positive. Thanks for your help today Ali!
