Fitz of Clarke Basement Systems installed my sump pump with battery back up pump on very short notice. He was very personable, knowledgable and respectful. Fitz and his colleague kept the job site need, went above and beyond in terms of service and, best of all, cleaned up the job site to my very high standards of cleanliness. There was no post-job cleaning on my park. A++++
